Paper Format Check is an independent, rules-first educational utility designed to help students review supported APA 7 formatting patterns.

Why we built it

Formatting advice is most useful when it is specific, localized, and honest about uncertainty. Deterministic rules identify repeatable patterns; optional AI may explain an existing rule finding but cannot add issues or invent source facts.

Paper Format Check is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Psychological Association. APA is a registered trademark of the American Psychological Association. This tool does not replace the Publication Manual or your instructor’s requirements.
